Lamar Soccer Summer Program
Attending the summer soccer program is highly encouraged. It gives athletes an opportunity to have fun with teammates while continuing to improve. This program focuses on maintaining fitness levels and developing playing skills. It is run by soccer parent volunteers, but coaches stop by from time to time. Lamar High School Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp

This camp is for any athlete attending Lamar. Strength and conditioning can improve your game drastically. We recommend that you take advantage of the camp offered at Lamar. Coaches work together to develop a training program that will enhance the physical performance of all athletes, so you don't have to worry about making a plan. Training with others will also help you push yourself to higher standards. The camp is for Lamar student athletes. A sign-up link will be posted when dates and times are finalized.
There is no cost to attending the workouts but all athletes and coaches must adhere to the following guidelines.
All athletes and coaches must sign in ahead of time (on the morning of every workout) using the following link.

- All athletes need to bring their own water bottles.
- Maintain social distance and perform equipment disinfecting as instructed.
- Only flat shoes are needed.
- Check-in will be on the second floor of the parking garage from 8:30 – 8:55 AM. The sessions will be 9:00 - 11:00 AM.
- There will be no access to locker rooms.
- There will be limited access to restrooms.
