ON YOUR OWN TRAINING
It is highly encouraged for all athletes in the program to develop their skills on their own throughout the year. If you do not have a team to play on outside of school, please discuss options with the coaching staff on finding a team.
Complete these ball control exercises. If you do these 5 - 10 minutes a day your ball control will improve a lot in the off-season. You can even do them in your house while watching TV.
